I wanted to share these two photos I came across today on Gene Winfield's site

The first photo is a 50 chevy hardtop, and behind it is the First Merc Gene Winfield ever did. Its a 50. I love that photo, just such a different time.

The second photo was taken in 1952. This photo is just raw, I love how the dude is styled out posing for the picture. He and the car belonged to the Satan's Angels car club.

This is my buddy Charlie and his Model A. This thing is legit! It was cold as hell the day I took these, but he fired it up and we went for a ride anyway. All the work on this car was done by him entirely. He also did the 52 F1 Truck pictured in my Duck Tail Trip post.

This is a cool shot I found tonight since I was just talking about Gary's 50. I took this at the Road Rocket Drags in Bean Blossom on the 4th of July this past summer.

I'm trying to step my game up a bit as far as photos go. I unloaded most of my cell phone Hot Rod Randoms, so now its time to class up the blog a bit.

I had WAY too much fun at the Road Rocket Rumble this past June so unfortunately these are the ONLY two photos I came out with on my digital camera, but they are goodies for sure.

*Note the "Third head light" Gary replaced the Bullet with on his 50 Custom. I have drooled over his car since before I got my 50. In fact his car is the first shoebox I ever got to check out up close in person when I was still looking to get mine.

After going threw my cell phone pictures tonight I realized I had a ton from work, so I thought I'd post them. Its fucking awesome doing work that you enjoy.

Snow Days

Were not quite snowed in, but there is enough snow and the roads are bad enough(Almost died saturday night, Thank you Bridge and Ice for the life check.) that I just wanna sit in my room and listen to Morrisey (fucking SIKE!)
I'm ready for summer again. I still have some work to do on her before spring, and this is my motivation to get moving!

Check this link out... I dont know how to post videos up on here from youtube. Anyway... The other day Lindsey Cherry came into the shop I work at and took a time lapse video of me printing a shirt. Its pretty cool.

My good friend Robert is the sickest dude out, Hands down. He kills it on a skateboard and knows how to build rad motorcycles. Every time I skate with him I learn.
